At KÁWÒ Collective, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Each KÁWÒ piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in their original condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include all tags and labels intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. 30-Day Return Window

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once your return is approved:

  • The item must be received back at our returns address within the same 30-day period.
  • Returns received after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
  • Your order number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package to ensure your return can be processed.

Failure to include your order number may delay your refund.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please email support@kawocollective.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photographs showing the fault

If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will provide return instructions and confirm whether you will receive a replacement or a full refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email support@kawocollective.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending your item back.

Once approved:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Clearly write your order number on the outside of the parcel.
  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Additional Information

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • KÁWÒ Collective reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
